I also used the roster to determine whether the soldier survived the wounds, was discharged due to the wound, or remained with the company.
8/8/65 is when the rest of the company was mustered out and indicates to me that they were with the company at discharge.

Soldiers from the 27th Iowa Taken as POWs at Pleasant Hill, LA
April 9, 1864
I used a combination of the report of Casualties at Pleasant Hill by Col. James I. Gilbert, the Report of the Adjutant General and Acting Quartermaster General of the State of Iowa, January 1, 1865 to January 1, 1866 and the rosters to compile the information regarding soldiers that were taken prisoner.
I added the designation of Andersonville to the soldiers that I know were in that prison. I do not know for sure what prison the other men went to. But Camp Ford, Tyler Texas would be a good guess.
